The Granite Thistle tartan is a signature design created exclusively by Kilts 4 U, following a meticulous two-year journey of design and development to achieve a truly refined expression of timeless Scottish tradition.
Crafted in a pleat-to-stripe style, each pleat is precisely aligned so that a specific vertical stripe appears consistently down the back — creating a sleek, uniform, and distinguished silhouette.
Developed in one of the few Scottish mills capable of such intricate craftsmanship, this tartan features a bold granite-grey base subtly accented with a soft silver thistle motif, symbolising resilience, heritage, and quiet strength. The result is a kilt that perfectly balances modern elegance with ancestral pride, ideal for those seeking a distinctive yet deeply rooted Highland look.
Each full outfit includes everything required for a complete and authentic Highland ensemble, meticulously made in Scotland and tailored to your exact measurements.
Please note: due to the bespoke nature of this outfit, production requires approximately 20 weeks.

We can only initially provide estimated delivery times and semi-fixed delivery costs. We strive to get all orders fulfilled in a reasonable timescale, however to avoid compromising on quality, the lead times are up to 6 weeks for all made to order items. Depending on your country and location you may also have to pay any and all applicable customs charges in full before parcels can be released for delivery to your address.
